Situated with a backyard overlooking a canyon
Near parks, trails and UCSC
Plenty of space to garden
Nice large kitchen for cooking
BBQ on back patio
Washer and Drier use included
Limited off-street parking but tenant can purchase a street permit for a nominal fee from the city (during UCSC term there is a 2 hour limit on street parking for non-permit)

1 on the bottom floor and one on the top floor.

Two dogs and two cats on property.
No additional pets allowed, sorry.
Smoking permitted outside only.
No hard drugs. Light drinking is okay. NOT a party house.
To move in requires first month rent and $1000 deposit (deposit can be broken up if necessary)
Also note that the entire house is in the process of being painted inside and the carpet professionally cleaned.
